A captivating TED talk by William Black about the ongoing atrocity that is big banks exploiting a system rigged in their favour. The presentation suggests also a corrupt relationship between the FBI and the Mortgage Bankers Association or, if not complicity, at least a naiviety on the part of the FBI to adopt a definition of mortgage fraud that favours big banks at the expense of everyone else. This is a definition that ensures that banks are more likely to be considered victims of any fraud than the perpetrators.
